1) Develop and de-risk

Before EPC starts, most losses are already baked in. We focus on grid reality, interfaces and a realistic scope.

Project development support

Early technical concept

2) Engineer, procure, build

Turnkey EPC plus structured engineering deliverables. The goal is predictable execution, not heroic firefighting.

Turnkey EPC(F)

  • Quality control, site supervision, punch lists
  • Handover packs and as-built documentation

Engineering deliverables

  • Single Line Diagram (SLD) and protection concept
  • Cable lists, I/O lists, signal mapping
  • Interface control documents (ICD) and integration plan

Procurement and vendor control

  • Technical evaluation of offers (BESS, PCS, transformer)
  • Factory coordination, FAT planning and witness support
  • Incoming goods checks and documentation completeness

3) Connect, certify, commission

Grid compliance is not a checkbox. We make it measurable: requirements, tests, evidence.

Grid integration & compliance

  • Documentation aligned to VDE-AR-N 4110/4120/4130 and EN 50549
  • Protection and control verification
  • Test planning and evidence packs for operators and TSOs/DSOs

Commissioning support
